Promotion & Relegation
The last placed finisher in the Top 5 in 2008 will be relegated to the 2009 Division I tournament, and replaced by the top placed finisher in Division I in 2008.
Division I 2008 Teams :
China,Chinesse Taipei, Singapore and Sri Lanka will play a round-robin tournament in November. |
