The International Rugby Board together with the Commonwealth Games Federation has announced the pool draw for the Rugby Sevens event at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India on 11-12 October.

Japan scored a last minute penalty try to record a 26-23 victory over Tonga in the penultimate ANZ Pacific Nations Cup 2010 match.

Having lost 24-23 to Samoa in the opening round and 41-38 to Fiji last week the defeat was heartbreak for Tonga as they could only record their third losing bonus point of the tournament

It has come to the attention of the IRB that a person or persons who appear to be based in Nigeria have been operating an internet scam targeted at Rugby players and coaches seeking positions abroad.

The ANZ Pacific Nations Cup reaches its climax this weekend at Apia Park in Samoa with an extra dimension for the final round of matches.

Both the Tonga v Japan and Fiji v Samoa matches at Apia Park on 26 June will be streamed live on the IRB website and a new name will be etched on the PNC for the first time this year.
